The house is available for both overnight visitors and extended rentals of one month or more

Living Area
Enjoy access to Wifi, TV and a spacious sitting room. The area includes a desk for work, an indoor fireplace and dining tables both inside and outside. A barbecue grill is also available.
Kitchen and Laundry
Find everything you need in the kitchen: a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, air fryer, toaster, microwave, blender, mixer, and dishwasher. Sets of cutlery, crockery, wine glasses, and tumblers are provided, along with bakeware and cook ware. Cleaning tools (broom, brush, pan, etc.) and a vacuum cleaner make tidying up easy. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, basins, iron and clothes drying rack for all your garment care needs.
Main Bedroom
The main bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed. This can be converted to two single beds on request. It comes with linen, towels, hangers, hair dryer, and portable fan. It has a large built-in cupboard and convenient dressing table. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.
Second Bedroom
Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Single beds can be converted to King-size bed on request. It comes with linen, towels, hangers, hair dryer, and portable fan. It has a large built-in cupboard and convenient dressing table. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.

Scandi House Rules
Short-Term Stays (Less Than 1 Month)
• Check-in is permitted after 14:00.
• Check-out must be completed before 10:00.
• Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 07:00.
• Parties or events are not allowed on the premises.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Guests are required to return all keys before leaving.
• The maximum occupancy is four guests.
